Our Classes

Our programs are designed to deliver two things - great results and the best hour of your day. Our classes are always full of laughs, grunts, and plenty of high fives. Think any of these sound too tough? Don’t worry. We scale every workout to each athlete’s individual needs - that means you, and every other person in the class, too. We're not the biggest gym in town and that's a good thing for you; you won't ever get lost in the shuffle and will get the personal attention needed to help you reach your goals.

We offer 10% discounts for military, first responders, teachers and veterans. We also offer discounts for couples and families as well as for long term commitments. Just contact us for any other questions you may have.



 Every new CrossFitter begins in our Foundations course. It's a great way for you to get to know us and us to get to know you. You’ll learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements and get an intro to everything we do in the gym. This course will ease you into the intensity of the CrossFit workouts over five personal training sessions. We will also complete a mobility screening, review Nutrition basics and have a goal setting session as part of each Foundations program.

One Time Fee of $250



Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on squats, pull-ups, rowing, burpees or much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored. And we scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit Skyway offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

Pricing starts at $35 for 30 minutes or $50 for 45 minutes. Personal training bundles and small group personal training are available as well.
