Paleo Peanut Butter Balls


  • 1 cup of natural PB 

  • 1/4 cup of honey 

  • 1 1/2 cups of oats

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/3 cup of mini dark chocolate chips 


1) In a large mixing bowl, mix the peanut butter and honey together. 

2) Add in the oats, coconut and salt until well combined. 

3) Add in the chocolate chips and form 1" balls by pressing 1 tablespoon of mix together. If the mixture doesn't stick, add 2-4 teaspoons of water. 

4) Enjoy!
