BBQ Chicken - Crockpot Edition


  • 3 pounds of Chicken Breast

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

  • Favorite BBQ Sauce

  • Favorite BBQ Rub

    • If you don’t have a rub, you can use brown sugar, salt, and pepper


  1. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in the bottom of the crockpot.

  2. Insert chicken breast

  3. Season with BBQ rub or a combination of brown sugar, salt and pepper

  4. Cook on High for 3 to 4 hours.

  5. Drain liquid

  6. Shred chicken and add in BBQ sauce

  7. Cook another 30 minutes

  8. Enjoy!
