BBQ Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients :

  • 1.5 lbs boneless pork tenderloin

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or large zip lock bag.

  2. Marinade the pork for 2 hours.

  3. BBQ on high heat turning every 3 minutes until surface is seared

  4. Turn to low heat and cook till internal temp is 145 degrees F.

  5. Enjoy!
