Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup spinach

  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder .

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 heaping cup of ice

  • 2 teaspoons cacao nibs

  • 1-2 drops of peppermint essential oil

  • Stevia, to taste

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into blender,

  2. Blend until smooth,

  3. Enjoy!
