Staying Active When You're Away
Ever get back from a vacation or business trip and feel like you basically need a detox because of your time away from the gym? We have definitely felt that way and wanted to offer up some workouts that you can do away from the box. These can be done next to a pool, on a beach, in a hotel gym or even in your hotel room. They're a great way to keep up with your fitness even when you cant make it to the box. It won't be as awesome as doing it in our group environment, but these WODs will get you sweating and make that transition back a little easier.
