Movement Tip: Handstand Push Up

Unless you are freaky strong and have great pressing leverage then you are going to have to kip if you want to win.  If you don't know how to kip then you're going to rest too much, fall behind and lose.  In this video, they cover two ways to kip: one for speed (quicker reps when not so tired), and one for power (ie., easier to do when tired).  If you are new to HSPUs then there are many ways you can scale the movement too.  Everyone should be able to do some variation even if you are over 60 years old or over 300 pounds.
