The CrossFit Open is a three week long competition where anyone – regardless of fitness level or ability – can compete!

Cost: $30

WHEN IS THE OPEN?
February 29th through March 18th. Workouts will be released by CrossFit on Thursdays and we will perform the workouts in class on Friday or at Friday Night Lights.
WHAT IS FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS?
A kick ass atmosphere to come in and workout and support you fellow members in crushing the workouts!
- On the specific Fridays, there will be no evening classes. Instead we will post heat times in Push Press for you to sign up and come in and workout. Heat times will vary depending on the length of the workout and will be posted Thursday Night/Friday morning for all to sign up
- It is recommend to make it in for the debriefing to help better understand the workout and get warmed up.
- IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMEND to stick around (or show up early) and cheer and support everyone else!
HOW IS THE INTRAMURAL OPEN STRUCTURED?
- There will be four team captains and teams will be randomly drafted.
- Points for participation, performance, and team challenges.
- Prizes for the winning team
HOW ARE POINTS EARNED?
- +1 completing the workout (in class or at FNL)
- +3 attending Friday Night Lights (workout, cheer, judge, etc)
- +1 repping team colors
- +1 judging (max of 1 point)
- +5 passing the CrossFit Judges Course Cost: $10 (https://www.crossfit.com/online-courses/judges-course)
- +3/2/1 for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place in each division
- +15/7/5/3 for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th place on Team Weekly Challenges
