Every Minute: 3-5 Weighted Strict Pull Ups (choose hardest progression/scale possible) - stick with a rep scheme/weight/progression that you can do THE ENTIRE TIME…  it should be challenging but doable. ABSOLUTELY NO KIPPING/SWINGING…  if need be, scale to unweighted STRICT pull ups for 3-5  reps
