STRENGTH/SKILL:
5 Sets of the following:
1 Push Jerk + 1 Power Jerk + 1 Split Jerk @80% of Best Power or Push Jerk
**Push Jerk - feet do not move out - like in power jerk. Focus on footwork and a vertical dip and drive.**
