Build to heavy set for the day

2 Deadlift
2 Hang Power Clean (start with 50-60% of best clean and add weight every 2:00)

METCON:
6 Rounds
6 Power Cleans 155/105 (this should be heavier than what you typically use. Don’t sandbag it for a faster time.)
6 Pull Ups
6 Push Ups
