10.17.2017 Back Squats and AMRAP

STRENGTH/SKILL:
20 rep max Back Squat
- Start with 50-55% of your best back squat and do this for 20 reps
-  If you have done this in previous week,  add 5# total to last 20 rep max

12 Kettle Bell Swings 1.5/1.0
9 Goblet Squats 1.5/10
6 Burpees
