  • A)- 3 Attempts at Max HS Hold on Parallettes - Beginners - Wall Handstands, Box Progression, Hollow Body Plank
  • B) 3 Sets Max Rep HSPU - Set ends when you come off wall/Sub-L Seated Strict Press on Rig or Box Progression ( whatever is more difficult )
  • C) 3 Sets Max Reps Parallette Push Up / Beginners - Floor/Elevated or Knee Push Up Progression - set ends when you cannot complete a rep - NO RESTING IN THE BOTTOM OR TOP OF MOVEMENT
