No dropping the bar and you must lower with control. position is priority.

3 Sets of 5-8 Strict Toes 2 Bar (Sub Knee 2 Elbow or Straight Leg Raises) - The rep is counted when the feet are lowered in control to a hollow body position - NOT WHEN THE FEET TOUCH THE BAR

METCON:

6 Minute AMRAP:

   6 Deadlifts 185/135 (should be light and fast)

   6 Box Jumps (30/24) - MUST STEP DOWN. NO REBOUNDING.
