**inbetween sets lower body warm up - goblet squat hold / pigeon pose / samson stretch / etc )

METCON:

30 Back Squats 95/65

10 burpees over the bar

12 Pull Ups

-- Begin at 15:00 --

2 Rounds For Time:

400m run

20 T2B (sub toes to rig or knees to elbow) - whichever is a harder progression for you

10 Front Squats 95/65
