12 Days of Thankfulness

WOD:

1 - 200m Run 2 - chin ups (mu’s for adv, both rx today) 3 - db thrusters 45-55#/30-40# 4 - burpee box jumps 24″/20″ 5 - push ups (hspu for rx+) 6 - pull ups (chest 2 bar for advanced) 7  -kb swings 53#/35# 8 - 1 arm db or kb snatches (4 ea) 45-55#/30-40# (same # as thrusters of swings) 9 - toes 2 bar 10 - walking db lunges (same # as thrusters) 11 dips 12 manmakers (same # as thrusters)

Follow the movements to the tune of the song 12 days of Christmas. It’ll go like this . . . 1 – 200 Meter Run/Row 2 – 2 Chin Ups, 200 Meter Run/Row 3 – 3 DB Thrusters, 2 Chin Ups, 200 Meter Run/Row 4 – 4 BBJ, 3 DB Thrusters, 2 Chin-Ups, 200 Meter Run/Row . . . and so on.
