STRENGTH:

2 Snatches (Squat) + 1 Overhead Squat x 10 Sets

Perform 2 snatches, and upon standing from the second, perform one additional overhead squat. (Build over 10 Sets) - start with 50% of best Snatch

**Beginners work from Hang Position - Above Knee then proceed to 1 OHS**
