New Strength Cycle - Switching from Dead Lifts to Sumo Deadlifts.If you do not have a Sumo Deadlift 1 rep max, take the time to build to a heavy set of 3-4 reps touch n go and base your numbers off of that.

STRENGTH/SKILL: Sumo Deadlift 65%x 5 75% x 5 85%x 5+ *All based off of 90% of 1 rep max

METCON: 21-15-9 Deadlift 185/155 Box Jumps 24'/20' 7:00 CAP - scale as need to to meet cap. Goal is intensity. Stick to the cap and go hard.
