10 Snatches @75% (Full - Yes, you must squat.)

10 Clean and Jerks@75-80% (Full - Yes, you must squat.)

Or take 10-12:00 for each lift and find a new heavy single/possibly new 1rm. If you're not feeling great then focus on hitting nice/clean singles around 75% of your max.
