Single-Arm DB/KB Row x 8-10 reps each

Hollow Rocks x 15-20

Band Pull Aparts x 15


Max Varied Carry Challenge Max time alternating any carry variation. **You must keep moving/walking the entire time.  The only time you may stop is if you adjust the kettlebell (bring it up to a front rack/overhead, etc) - otherwise the goal is to walk as long as possible.  As soon as you stop or put the kettlebells down - your time is over.
