Deload Week Strength: Strict Press 1 set at 40% for 5 reps 1 set at 50% for 5 reps 1 set at 60% for 5 reps (Based off of 90% of 1 rep max)

METCON: 5 Rounds 20 Unbroken Push Press 95#/65# Max Ring Muscle Ups
