15:00 To Work on Double Unders - if you are proficient with double under  then completed a 4-5 Sets of Max UB Double Unders with no more than 2:00 rest between. Goal is maintain each set of double under.  If your first set is 50 straight, then the remainder of your sets should be at least 50 unbroken.  Push the envelope here.
