Back squat with pause: 70% x 2 x 6 sets -
First rep in each set has 3-5 second pause in the bottom
Front Squat 135/95 (starts from ground)
**100m Sprint between each round - run to 50m marker and back**
ex: 10 front squats + 100m Run, 9 front squats + 100m run, etc...
