Sled Drag or Prowler Push to 50m (medium to heavy weight)

Every 50m team complete 30 Power Cleans 135/95

**partner must walk together and keep barbell with them. Barbell must stay off the ground until he/she gets to the 50m marker.. Once he partner with sled/prowler and the other partner is at the 50m you stop and complete 50 power cleans.**
